Reporting: Generate labor distribution reports to help leadership understand project-specific profitability.  qualifications: Software Expertise: Direct experience with APS Payroll and Sage (Sage 300 CRE or Sage Intacct) is highly preferred. Accounting Depth: Must be comfortable with GAAP, specifically as it relates to payroll liabilities and journal entries. The "Automation" Mindset: You don't just follow a process; you look for ways to make it faster and more accurate through technology. Industry Experience: Prior experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a major plus due to the complexities of job costing and hourly labor laws.
