We are seeking an experienced Income Tax Manager to lead corporate income tax compliance and reporting activities for a large, multi-state organization. This role is responsible for preparing and filing federal and state income tax returns, managing tax provisions, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate and timely tax payments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in corporate tax, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. salary: $66 - $72 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesIncome & Franchise Tax Compliance Prepare and file U.S. federal corporate income tax returns including Forms 1120, 5471, 1118, and 899x series Prepare and file multi-state income and franchise tax returns Compile financial data, perform analysis, and prepare detailed workpapers supporting tax calculations Calculate and prepare estimated federal and state income/franchise tax payments Initiate ACH debits, wire transfers, and payment requests for tax obligations Record tax payments through journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger reconciliation Ensure all tax payments and filings are completed accurately and on time Tax Provision & Reporting Prepare domestic quarterly tax provisions Review foreign quarterly tax provisions Prepare and file required annual reports Support federal and state tax audits, including documentation and analysis Process & Systems Improvement Identify and recommend improvements to tax processes, systems, and reporting workflows Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate tax data Requirements: 8+ years of corporate income tax and compliance experience BS Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of U.S. Corporate Federal & State Income Tax regulations Expertise in consolidated federal and multi-state tax return preparation Experience supporting federal and state tax audits Exposure to international tax / foreign source income preferred MS Office Suite, Corp Tax, SAP Tax preferred SkillsIncome TaxSAPCORPTAXInternational TaxTax ReturnsCPAQualificationsYears of experience: 8 yearsExperience level: ManagerRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
