You'll use your understanding of business conditions to ensure financial statements strictly adhere to GAAP.Team Captain: Guide and oversee a dedicated accounting staff, assigning projects and providing direction to guarantee timely and accurate deliverables. R econciliation Ace: Handle complex balance sheet reconciliations and detailed income statement analysis.Financial Architect: Prepare, record, and summarize asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Process Innovator: Dive deep into existing accounting processes to identify root causes of issues and propose exciting areas for improvement.Strategic Collaborator: Coordinate complex accounting projects with other finance and departmental teams.Technical Guru: Research and resolve technical accounting issues, working with leadership to develop solid solutions. Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office and 2 WFH qualifications: Your Core Strengths & Experience Foundation: A Bachelor's degree with a focus on Accounting OR 5-10 years of experience in finance.
