Direct-Hire Flexible schedule (4-10's or 5-8's)  Position Summary Understand the tool building processes from specifications such as noted in blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts. Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity within a well-established stainless steel stamping operation supporting high-end customers across multiple industries. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing dies and tooling to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards. This role plays a key part in reducing downtime and supporting on-time delivery goals.
