Engagement & Quality Control: Manage engagement workflows alongside partners, ensuring all work meets the firm’s quality control and technical standards. Strategic Advisory & Research: Conduct rigorous tax research, evaluate return filing positions, and help clients implement proactive tax-planning and wealth-building strategies. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication, providing exceptional service, and overseeing client billing. Team Development & Leadership: Support, train, and mentor junior tax staff while assisting with administrative tax oversight as needed. Technical Expertise & Networking: Stay ahead of legislative updates and tax reforms, while active networking to build strong peer and industry connections. Experience: 3+ years of tax preparation and planning experience within a public accounting firm, including work with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, multi-state, and consolidated returns. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. CPA certification: CPA preferred (CPA license sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
