Manage employee performance through regular coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and disciplinary action when necessary. Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, productivity, and accountability. Plan and assign daily work, manage staff schedules, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs. Operations & Production Management Oversee and manage all 2nd shift warehouse activities, which may include inbound receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping. Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and production goals. Monitor workflow throughout the shift, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards. Communication & Collaboration Effectively communicate goals, instructions, and feedback to the shift team. Collaborate closely with 1st shift management and other department leaders to ensure smooth transitions and operational continuity between shifts. Report on shift performance, challenges, and key metrics to the Regional Operations Manager.
