We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy. This role oversees order picking, packing, and shipping using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and freight carriers such as Southeastern, Averitt, and MY Carrier. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and system updates, while working closely with the regional sales team to prioritize orders and ensure timely communication and resolution of any delays. strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves direct interaction with both internal teams and customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service. The Warehouse Lead will also train and mentor team members, promote best practices, and proactively troubleshoot operational challenges such as shipping errors or stock discrepancies.
