Known for his successful track record in executing C-Suite engagements across a range of industries, Tony has consistently delivered high-quality results in the executive search field. His vast experience covers a multitude of C-level search assignments, serving clients from diverse sectors such as energy, private equity, industrial services, diversified manufacturing, and investment banking.
Prior to joining Tatum, Tony worked with respected firms such as Korn Ferry, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Accenture. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. Outside of his professional life, he resides in Houston, Texas, with his wife, Heather, and their three sons, AJ, Will, and Hunter.

As Managing Partner and Co-head of the CFO practice at Tatum, Brandon partners with investors, boards, and executives to build first-class finance and accounting functions within their organizations. He has supported numerous C-suite and executive level search assignments for publicly-traded, PE-backed, and privately-held companies across a variety of industry sectors. With an impressive track record of 12 years in the recruiting and executive search industry, he has emerged as a trusted advisor for organizations seeking top-tier talent to drive success and growth.
Prior to Tatum, Brandon was the Managing Director of the Charlotte office for Randstad Business Professionals.
As a former collegiate football player, he still enjoys staying active and watching sports. He lives in Charlotte, N.C., with his wife and two children.

matt barnes
Matt Barnes is a Managing Partner and Co-head within Tatum’s CFO Practice where he is responsible for leading searches for senior finance executives on behalf of public, private, and private-equity owned companies. He has specific expertise in Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers and established Corporate Controllers with an eye toward future CFO succession. Matt brings 12 years of Executive Search experience across a wide range of industries and has spent his entire search career within Tatum/Randstad in roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Tatum/Randstad, he spent several years working in the Financial Services industry in New York. He holds a Bachelors in Political Science from North Carolina State University and resides in Raleigh, N.C., with his wife and three children.

He excels in senior-level search initiatives for education, nonprofits, sports, media, news and entertainment, proving himself as a reliable advisor to boards, professional and collegiate athletic programs, institutions of education, investors, and management teams.
Prior to joining Tatum, Garrick worked as a Vice President with Randstad’s talent consulting group, Randstad Sourceright, in Energy, Oil & Gas and Higher Education. Garrick also has experience with Robert Half and Accountemps. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University.
He is heavily involved in youth mentoring and community engagement organizations ranging from Randstad’s Transcend program to Habitat for Humanity. He serves as Chairperson for the Board of Directors for the Athletic Club of Georgia, which impacts student-athletes in six states. He resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, with his wife, Aniela, their three children, and their chocolate labradoodle, Murphy.

Yasser Khan serves as Managing Partner of Tatum's executive search group where he advises Fortune 500, private equity, and venture-backed companies on their most critical leadership challenges. Prior to joining Tatum, he spent 10 years with IBM in a variety of consulting and senior leadership roles. Yasser also worked in the medical technology space, in product management roles across the United States, Switzerland, and India. He received a BA in economics from Florida State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
