responsibilities:
- Perform sample and standard management tasks including receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory tracking, transport, and disposal.
- Communicate the real-time status of samples and standards to appropriate laboratory personnel.
- Guide laboratory staff on correct sample handling procedures and enforce compliance.
- Complete investigation and deviation forms as needed, determining appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Monitor environmental unit alarms and participate in on-call responsibilities to safeguard storage integrity.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in inventory control, sample coordination, or laboratory support
- Proven ability to write or review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvement outlines.
