Our client is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support their Nuclear PMO team. In this role, you will assist Project Directors with financial tracking, risk coordination, and quality documentation. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in project controls or operations, within the nuclear or power sector, to ensure seamless execution.

responsibilities:
- Assist Project Directors with day-to-day coordination, maintaining action item logs, meeting minutes, and project status dashboards.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting while assisting with milestone tracking and schedule updates.
- Maintain risk registers, track mitigation items, and drive the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure process compliance.
- Develop visual management tools and coordinate across cross-functional teams to improve transparency of project risks and quality metrics.
- Participate in Value Stream Management (VSM) and track lessons learned to support ongoing efficiency within the PMO.
