responsibilities:
- Guide an electrical engineering team to deliver innovative advisory and detailed design solutions for diverse clients across multiple market sectors.
- Evaluate clients' energy needs to develop and execute lifecycle solutions, moving from conceptual planning through detailed design and final operation.
- Drive business development, strategy formation, and sales by collaborating closely with Client Account Managers on strategic pursuits.
- Tackle complex challenges in energy resiliency and decarbonization to help Our Client deliver a cleaner, more secure energy future.
- Anticipate project challenges and manage complex delivery processes while supporting large teams to ensure seamless daily execution.
