Our client seeks a Construction Manager in Grand Rapids, MI, to lead the construction phase of gas facility projects. You will manage safety, scope, and costs while supervising onsite teams and contract inspectors. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus deep knowledge of field operations and industry codes to ensure high-quality project delivery and compliance.

responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the safety, scope, cost, and schedule of construction activities, providing daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Supervise all project team members and contract inspectors, facilitating pre-construction meetings and resolving technical or scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure all prefab and onsite construction adheres to company specifications and industry standards through expert input and rigorous field monitoring.
- Coordinate equipment testing and start-ups, develop final punch lists, and obtain necessary operational sign-offs from Field Leaders.
- Manage the submission of as-built redline drawings and compile comprehensive close-out documentation for engineering and records management.
