Join a Aerospace and Defense company that is an early stage of high growth as a Sr. Aeronautical Engineer in El Segundo, CA. In this role you will have the ability to take ownership of advanced aircraft from development to flight validation. Ideal candidates should have 6+ years of hands-on and design aeronautical engineering experience. This is a full-time direct hire role that is bonus eligible.

responsibilities:
- Enhance and optimize aerodynamic models, propeller efficiency, and fuselae OML configurations
- Conduct complex CFD and flow interaction studies
- Optimize performance trade-offs across payload, range, battery configuration, and optimal airspeed
- Design complete systems for the aircraft
- 6+ years of rotor aerodynamics engineering experience
- Electro-mechanical design and hands-on experience
- CAD software knowledge
- Medical, Dental, Bonus eligible, Stock Options
