Our client is seeking a Structural Designer in a Remote role to join a global leader dedicated to solving complex challenges and building a more connected, sustainable world. Candidates should hold an Associate degree and bring at least five years of structural design experience, along with three or more years of expertise in Revit.

responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual and detailed 3D structural models and construction-ready drawings in Revit for semiconductor and advanced technology facilities.
- Lead small design teams by managing task assignments, balancing workloads, and monitoring progress to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Lead cross-discipline coordination efforts and package reviews to resolve design clashes and solve complex technical concerns.
- Perform thorough quality reviews of structural models and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client standards.
- Advance design automation skills, adopt emerging technologies, and foster a collaborative team environment.
qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent required, with at least 5 years of structural design experience and 3+ years of Revit proficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead small design packages, guide junior staff, manage task coordination, and conduct cross-discipline BIM package reviews.
Fully remote position requiring reliable home internet service; experience with semiconductor facilities, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Tekla, or SmartPlant preferred.
