- Primarily on site opportunity working closely with the CFO and 10 person team, training and shadowing provided by the corporate accountant.
- Salary: $95k–$105k (with flexibility for the right person) - health benefits offered.
- Retirement: 15% total potential (7% 401k match + 8% gross contributed by the company, no match required).
- PTO: 13-day lump sum starting day one, with full annual rollover.
- Location: Capitol Hill/Union Station area
salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Job Costing & Analysis: Tracking every expense—labor, materials, and overhead—against the original project budget.
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Handle all data entry for commitments, payables, and invoices.
- AIA Billing: Preparing and processing Application and Certificate for Payment forms.
- Lien Waiver Management: Ensuring all subcontractors have signed waivers before payments are released to protect the company from legal claims.
- Month-End Close: Reconciling project-related accounts and preparing reports on "Over/Under" billings (Work in Progress or WIP reports).
- System Implementation: Take the lead with the "re-implementation" of the construction accounting module. You will be expected to build out cost codes, bank accounts, and commitment tracking from scratch.
- Reporting & Oversight: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. You will hold formal "sit-downs" on the 18th of each month with Project Managers to review costs-to-date and budget variances.
