Key Responsibilities
- Data Synthesis: Aggregate and structure data from diverse systems to produce high-impact summaries that track actual progress against strategic plans.
- Financial Monitoring: Track capital and operating expenditures. You will be responsible for identifying budget variances, timing risks, and unplanned exposures, and communicating these clearly to stakeholders.
- Cycle Support: Translate analytical findings into recommendations that align with our annual and quarterly planning cycles.
- Global Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with finance colleagues and business leaders across multiple regions to ensure reporting consistency.
- Reporting Excellence: Maintain and update standard P&L and Balance Sheet reports to support company-wide financial transparency.
- Analytical Rigor: Proven ability in financial modeling and interpreting complex datasets.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Accounting Fundamentals: A solid grasp of basic GAAP principles, specifically regarding P&L and Balance Sheet structures.
- AI & Automation: Experience with AI tools (specifically Microsoft Copilot) to automate workflows and structure prompts for increased efficiency.
- Detail Oriented: An uncompromising eye for accuracy and the ability to work effectively within tight reporting deadlines.
