Responsibilities
- General Operations: Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the HR department during this transition.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the intake, tracking, and filing of FMLA documentation and related benefits paperwork.
- System Management: Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance within UKG (Ultipro) and Salesforce.
- Financial Support: Assist with processing benefits-related invoices and managing HSA reporting.
- Reporting: Generate standard reports out of UKG to ensure departmental data integrity.
