Responsibilities

• Visitor & Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact; warmly greet and direct visitors, clients, and community partners upon arrival.
  
  
• Communications Management: Manage a multi-line phone system, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take detailed messages.
  
  
• Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and track incoming mail, courier packages, and organizational donations; coordinate outgoing shipments.
  
  
• Administrative Support: Assist program coordinators and executive staff with data entry, filing, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
  
  
• Lobby & Office Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms, ensuring promotional and informational brochures are stocked.
  
  
• Security Liaison: Monitor guest logs and issue visitor badges to maintain a secure and safe environment for all building occupants.
