Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Process case maintenance transactions, perform data entry into Eligibility Determination Systems, and evaluate medical expense eligibility. Ensure all tasks adhere strictly to quality assurance guidelines and contract deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process case maintenance transactions and accurately enter consumer information into eligibility systems.
- Evaluate and determine the eligibility of medical expenses according to program guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with clients through verbal and written channels.
- Meet or exceed daily quality and productivity standards without error.
- Detect, document, and correct quality issues in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and sustain a fast production pace.
- strong problem-solving, analytical, and computer skills.
- Preferred: Prior experience in transaction processing or eligibility determination.
