Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Application Processor accurately updates, analyzes, and researches consumer data across multiple proprietary database systems. Reporting to a supervisor, you will provide transaction and compliance support by managing high-volume entries, resolving documentation discrepancies, and ensuring zero-error processing. This position operates on-site in East Hartford, CT.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research and update consumer files across database systems.
- Meet daily speed standards to align with strict processing guidelines.
- Maintain a zero-error rate, adhering to Quality Assurance procedures.
- Identify, document, and correct data integrity errors.
- Maintain a reliable schedule and collaborate with team members.
- Education: College Degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in Eligibility Determination, Application Processing, or open enrollment programs is a major asset.
- Technical Skills: Must type at least 40 WPM with strong database navigation skills.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime required).
- Compliance: Must complete background checks, employment verification, and a drug screen. Valid photo ID is required for site security.
