Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Finance or Accounting experience preferred.
- Manufacturing finance experience preferred.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and reporting.
- Excel and analytical skills.
- SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
- Communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare plant financial reports, scorecards, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze factory spending, materials, labor, volume/absorption, capital, depreciation, and utilities.
- Identify and communicate financial risks, opportunities, and key operational drivers.
- Manage product and material costing, standard cost changes, and new product/SKU costing.
- Track cost-saving initiatives, forecast performance, and validate financial savings.
- Support inventory and fixed asset activities, including cycle counts, CIP, and asset reporting.
- Partner with Operations and other functions to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and evaluate plant projects and initiatives.
- Support financial controls, SOX/404 testing, and internal/external audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Serve as backup for hourly and salaried payroll processing.
