Qualifications
Must-haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process and supporting sales operations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (ability to write VLOOKUPs, build pivot tables, and analyze large datasets).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong cross-functional communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce administration (Lightning UI, Sales Cloud, or Data Loader).
- Functional familiarity with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) or MM (Material Management) modules.
- Prior exposure to data migration projects, system integrations, or compliance best practices.

Responsibilities
- Optimize Sales Operations: Plan and execute projects to boost sales force efficiency, developing clear procedures and process improvements for the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Manage Data & Systems: Maintain accurate sales performance metrics, audit master data, and support sales tools to drive revenue recognition and operational reliability.
- Support Salesforce & SAP: Troubleshoot daily workflow issues, manage user permissions, update custom fields, and run routine reports in Salesforce and SAP (SD/MM).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to gather system requirements and support data migration or system enhancements.
