About the Role
We are seeking 6 detail-oriented Quality Control Specialists for a high-priority, temporary election support project. Working in a comfortable office setting, you will be responsible for inspecting printed voter information guides to ensure complete accuracy, high print quality, and proper assembly before they reach the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Print Quality Inspection: Audit printed booklets for ink consistency, proper binding, clean page trimming, and correct page ordering.
- Data & Text Verification: Spot-check sample guides against master documents to confirm text layout, formatting, and candidate details are error-free.
- Defect Isolation: Identify, log, and separate misprinted or damaged booklets (smudges, misaligned binding, torn stock).
- Batch Logging: Maintain clear, accurate records of inspected batches, recording pass/fail rates for quality compliance.
- Team Communication: Flag recurring print or data errors to project supervisors immediately for fast resolution.
- Exceptional attention to detail for visual and text-based review.
- Ability to follow structured quality control checklists and repetitive procedures accurately.
- Comfortable working in a sedentary, table-based office environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of accuracy.
- Must be available for the full duration of the project (9/14 to 10/23).
