In this rewarding, 100% remote role, you will take inbound calls to assist families with application statuses, answer questions regarding program guidelines, and accurately log details into call tracking systems. Working a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) from your home office, you will help navigate difficult situations with patience, clarity, and respect.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Answer inbound calls from consumers to provide accurate information on Summer EBT applications, document interactions, and assist families in securing food benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding application status and program policies.
- Document call details accurately in the designated database tracking software.
- De-escalate challenging consumer calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Escalate complex issues or technical system errors to leadership following standard procedures.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 6+ months of call center support experience (Medicaid, CHIP, or public human services experience is a plus).
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high data entry accuracy.
- Dedicated remote workspace with reliable computer equipment.
