Enjoy a hybrid schedule (onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday) while managing digital ticketing, guest lists, and VIP fulfillment for major sports, events, and entertainment programs.   In this role, you will manage digital ticket transfers, support backend ticketing platforms like SeatGeek and Ticketmaster, update manifests and seating charts, and provide event support both on-site and remotely. You will work closely with internal teams, venues, and business partners to keep ticketing workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Temporary Coordinator, Ticket Operations will provide administrative and operational support for the VIP Experiences Ticket Operations function. This role will assist with ticket request intake, digital ticket distribution, inventory tracking, stakeholder correspondence, documentation, event preparation, invoice processing and tracking, on-site support, and post-event reconciliation. The position requires attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to support multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced sports, entertainment, and live-event environment.
