Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $65.00 – $69.50 / hour (W2)
- Duration: 3-month contract (with potential extension)
- Location: 100% Remote (Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States)
Qualifications Must-haves:
- 7+ years of dedicated project or program management experience.
- PMP Certification.
- Proven experience leading HR technology transformations and Workday implementation projects.
- Demonstrated track record managing external vendors and third-party partners.
- Expertise in project governance, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Direct experience with Job Architecture or Skills Framework initiatives.
- Background or familiarity with Compensation, Total Rewards, or HRBP functions.
- Experience navigating enterprise-wide change management frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Drive Milestone & Schedule Tracking: Maintain the integrated project plan, track critical deliverables against schedules, and publish weekly status reports.
- Coordinate Workstreams: Align cross-functional initiatives across JSA, Workday implementation, Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Change Management teams.
- Manage Project Risks: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, maintaining the project RAID log, dependency tracker, and decision documentation.
- Facilitate Governance & Alignment: Prepare executive-level reporting dashboards, coordinate sponsor decision meetings, and oversee external vendor deliverables.
