Responsibilities
Draft, review, and independently negotiate complex, high-value supplier contracts and statements of work.
Ensure contract terms comply with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Risk Management) to align contracts with business requirements.
Support RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities, participating in supplier discussions to address legal inquiries.
Identify, assess, and document contractual risks (liability, data protection) and present mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders for contract escalations and dispute resolution.
Utilize tools like Ariba and Microsoft Office to manage contract lifecycles.
