We are hiring a dedicated Government & Law Enforcement Sales Representative to lead procurement sales with police departments, military branches, federal agencies, and public safety organizations. You will navigate public sector procurement processes, manage RFP/RFQ opportunities, and position state-of-the-art ballistic protection and tactical gear directly to decision-makers in public safety. salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with police chiefs, procurement officers, military logistics liaisons, and municipal purchasing departments.
  
  
• Monitor, bid on, and secure government contracts, RFPs, and computer procurement tenders.
  
  
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and field wear-tests for tactical teams and law enforcement agencies.
  
  
• Attend defense, tactical, and public safety industry trade shows across the U.S..
  
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to public safety entities, ensuring equipment meets regulatory standards and field requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Background: Military, law enforcement, or defense contracting background strongly preferred.
  
  
• Language: Professional fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  
  
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in government procurement, public safety equipment sales, or tactical sales.
  
  
• Travel: Ability to travel for client site visits, industry conventions, and a 1-week initial onboarding/training trip to Colombia.
  
  
• Key Traits: High integrity, deep understanding of government purchasing cycles, and strong technical product comprehension.
