In this key role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, directly supporting the accurate and timely distribution in annual client rebate payments. Working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) in a hybrid work environment, you will act as the subject matter expert on complex client contracts and rebate terms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with billing, FP&A, legal, underwriting, and analytics teams to perform root cause analyses, resolve complex payment inquiries, and optimize financial setup logic. Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Own end-to-end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, interpreting contract terms, executing payments in disbursement systems, and performing variance and root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute complex rebate payments in disbursement systems, maintaining strict accuracy and timeliness metrics.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned client contracts, setup logic, and specific rebate terms.
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Billing, Legal, Underwriting, and Rebate Analytics to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Conduct root cause and variance analyses on payment discrepancies and perform independent research to address stakeholder inquiries.
- Identify operational inefficiencies in established disbursement workflows and support ad hoc financial initiatives.
- Proven experience in complex financial, rebate, or payment operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; SQL experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and priority-shifting skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
