Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Maintain highly accurate records for global ocean and air shipments, managing ETD/ETA data to ensure flawless data integrity.
- Process vital supply chain transactions and invoices seamlessly utilizing enterprise ERP systems.
- Create and coordinate Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) via email and EDI, streamlining communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment progress proactively and collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse providers to swiftly resolve delivery delays.
- Support diverse purchasing and operational activities to optimize and streamline overall supply chain workflows.
- 2+ years of demonstrated professional experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, order processing, or inventory control with a Bachelors Degree.
- Familiarity with core logistics concepts, including POs, lead times, ASNs, and global transportation methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience utilizing modern ERP platforms (such as Glovia, SAP, or Oracle).
- Meticulous attention to detail when handling critical transactional data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation: Up to $21.60/hour.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Work Model: Remote. (Note: Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Torrance, CA office to support necessary company asset management, specifically for equipment pick-up/return on the first and last days of the assignment).
