From 30 to 90 employees and counting, the team is undergoing an exciting period of strategic growth. In this role, you’ll serve as an essential operational partner across the entire employee lifecycle: leading benefits administration, driving seamless onboarding, and optimizing our HRIS system in Paycom. Experience with Paycom or another similar HRIS and an HR certification highly preferred!

A high-performing, mission-driven organization in an exciting period of steady growth, expanded from 30 to 90+ employees, looking for a true HR Generalist to partner with our team across the full employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist works closely with internal and external: employees, leaders, HR leadership, Finance, IT, Operations, benefits brokers and carriers, retirement-plan providers, and other vendors.
Role Highlights:
- Scope: Benefits administration, Paycom HRIS/ATS management, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy support.
- Growth & Support: Providing training in payroll processing as well as ongoing development offerings (e.g., unconscious bias training).
