We are seeking an energetic Production Associate for a fast-paced, high-volume industrial bakery. In this exciting temp-to-hire opportunity, you will work on a high-speed pastry line doing everything from loading raw ingredients and monitoring automated machinery to visually inspecting and packaging sweet baked goods for major private labels. Responsibilities

• Load raw ingredients into automated machinery to maintain continuous, high-volume pastry production.
  
  
• Monitor high-speed conveyors and baking equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
  
  
• Conduct visual quality control on moving lines to verify pastry shape, check for defects, and ensure correct filling amounts.
  
  
• Remove imperfect items from the active production line to maintain high product standards.
  
  
• Sort, count, and package finished baked goods accurately according to private label client specifications.
  
  
• Handle production materials, which includes safely moving and stacking trays, ingredient pans, and packaging supplies.
  
  
• Safely lift and transport ingredients and heavy materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
  
  
• Maintain operational pace and strong attention to detail while standing for extended periods in a fast-paced industrial environment.
