This Intermediate to senior level opportunity plays a critical role in driving salary planning execution, optimizing HR systems, and enabling data-driven pay decisions across the organization.

responsibilities:
- Manage the market pricing system and compensation survey participation process to conduct benchmark and competitive analyses.
- Provide testing, analytical, and operational support during annual compensation cycles, including merit planning, incentive planning, and pay equity evaluations.
- Develop test cases and execute scenario testing within HRIS systems to ensure seamless execution of upcoming salary planning programs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and IT teams to ensure compensation software and system configurations align with organizational pay structures.
- Assist senior Compensation Consultants on job evaluations, comprehensive pay analyses, and incentive program design.
- Prepare actionable reports, dashboards, and training tools to enhance pay insights for stakeholders and enable informed decision-making.
- Evaluate and maintain compensation policies to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance, recommending enhancements as needed.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate to senior level experience in compensation analysis, reporting, and job evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables).
- Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation administration.
- Demonstrated expertise with market pricing platforms and pay range modeling.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week (hybrid schedule, typically Tuesday through Thursday) in the local office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with the Workday Advanced Compensation module (backend system configuration or testing).
- Familiarity with specialized market pricing tools (e.g., Bettercomp).
