We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to senior leadership, including the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy supporting high-level projects, this opportunity is a strong fit.salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities • Manage complex executive calendars and schedules, ensuring alignment with priorities. • Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including travel, logistics, and materials preparation. • Arrange domestic and international travel, offsites, and meeting logistics, including catering, video conferencing, and conference calls. • Prioritize time-sensitive tasks, resolving conflicts proactively and keeping executives focused. • Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements. • Serve as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and confidentiality. • Draft executive-level documents, presentations, reports, and agendas to support strategic initiatives. • Support enterprise projects by tracking milestones, deliverables, and preparing executive summaries. • Assist with planning and execution of quarterly and annual board and committee meetings, including follow-up actions. • Screen and manage incoming communications, responding accurately while maintaining confidentiality. • Maintain board portal content for committees in collaboration with leadership teams. • Handle sensitive information related to organizational strategy, HR, financials, and other confidential matters. • Partner with Communications and HR teams to support executive messaging and internal communications.SkillsScheduling AppointmentsQualificationsYears of experience: 7 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
