Take ownership of assigned business processes and administrative programs, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Conduct research, compile and verify data, and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, organizational charts, and correspondence. Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone and email, assessing urgency and taking appropriate action. Manage and distribute key communications to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned. Collaborate cross-functionally with executives, customers, and internal departments to support business operations. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance administrative workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Event & Travel Management Coordinate business-critical internal and external events, including travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, accommodations, conference registrations, and guest speaker logistics. Qualifications: High School Diploma required 3+ years of professional administrative experience supporting leadership or executive teams. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, not required. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
