Randstad is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant position. The position will be temporary to hire. It is located in the Downtown Louisville area. Pay is up to $21/hour. Parking will be provided. Qualifications: Interpersonal & Communication: Possesses excellent interpersonal and client service skills, ideally with prior front office experience. Demonstrates written and oral communication, including business writing proficiency. Technical Proficiency: Intermediate-level technical skills in GSuite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms are essential. Work Ethic & Organization: Must be extremely detail-oriented , highly organized , able to handle multiple tasks , and function effectively as a team player. Education & Experience: Professional Experience: Three to five years of administrative or front-office support experience is required. Experience within a non-profit organization is considered a plus. Education: A business college degree or an Associate Degree is a plus salary: $19 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities Client Communication: Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, answering calls, responding to text messages and emails. Administrative Support: Updates internal standard operating procedures , participates in team meetings and follows up on deliverables , supports the Operations Manager in resolving operational issues , sorts and distributes mail/faxes/emails , orders/stores/organizes office supplies , manages incoming/outgoing mail/packages , and performs general office administrative and clerical duties. Data Management: Accurately and timely enters data into various system of record platforms. Maintains logs and spreadsheets for office activities and events. Tracks client demographics, needs, and accomplishments for reporting. Reporting & Analysis: Assists management in analyzing data and preparing reports for governmental and funding agencies. Generates and compiles reports related to client tracking, service delivery, and follow-up. Event Coordination: Maintains and monitors the departmental "Calendar of Events" across platforms and coordinates logistics for internal and external activities.
