Communication: Handle a multi-line phone system, screen and route calls, and respond to client inquiries via email with professionalism and accuracy. Scheduling: Manage firm-wide calendars and schedule appointments for our CPAs and staff. Document Management: Assist with the assembly and delivery of tax returns, scan financial documents, and maintain organized digital and physical client files. Administrative Support: Prepare engagement letters, manage incoming/outgoing mail (including certified/overnight deliveries), and maintain inventory of office supplies.. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional office environment (experience in a CPA or law firm is a significant plus). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with tax software or QuickBooks is a bonus. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a great command of business English. Traits: A "self-starter" attitude with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
