We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Team Lead to oversee and manage all on-site structural construction activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in structural work, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven trackability of completing projects safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural construction, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role. Proven expertise in [Specify relevant structural areas, e.g., steel erection, commercial concrete, industrial rigging, etc.]. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and structural materials. Proficiency in reading and understanding complex structural blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. Good knowledge of relevant building codes (e.g., IBC, AISC, ACI) and construction best practices. OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or equivalent) required. Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
