Oversee the "New Hire Experience," ensuring seamless integration into the company culture and technical systems. Employee Relations & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits. Conduct internal investigations and provide conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace "vibe." Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all practices align with NYS Labor Laws, including Pay Transparency, Paid Family Leave (PFL), and Sexual Harassment Prevention training. Maintain accurate electronic personnel files and lead annual compliance audits. Performance Management: Facilitate the annual review process and assist managers in drafting Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
