Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex legal calendars, including MSCs, Trials, Depositions, and Lien Conferences. Document Preparation: Draft and format legal documents such as Answers, Objections to PTP reports, DORs, and Trial Exhibits. Medical-Legal Coordination: Schedule QMEs/AMEs and ensure all necessary medical records are served and filed according to statutory timelines. Liaison: On occasion, act as a point of contact for claims adjusters, opposing counsel, and the WCAB. Team Player: Manage communication with internal and external associates, timely and professionally. Mail Processing: Process both in-bound and out-bound paper and electronic mail.
