Preventative Care: Execute PM programs for plant equipment and forklifts (cleaning, lubricating, and oiling). Facilities Support: Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs; apply protective coatings/paint as needed. Production Support: Set up, remove, and store production molds; maintain and rebuild fill guns and ejectors. Water Treatment: Collect and test water samples (pH, hardness) at various process stages. Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE protocols. Maintain a clean, debris-free workstation. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Technical certificate or Associate’s degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading schematics (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic). Experience with low-pressure boilers, air compressors, and vacuum pumps. Familiarity with MRP/ERP work order systems.
