The Global Connector: Partner with Sourcing to vet new suppliers, reviewing technical capabilities, part tolerances, and tooling designs. Master of the Flow: Design the blueprint for success by creating process time standards and layouts for all new or transferred production lines. Technical Expert: Support Production Supervisors by crushing roadblocks—whether it’s a tooling glitch, quality hiccup, or maintenance puzzle. Lean Leader: Drive Continuous Improvement (CIP) and LEAN events to foster a culture of excellence. System Specialist: Utilize CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and MRPII systems to manage process routing, capacity planning, and overhead costs. What You Bring to the Table The Credentials: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR 5+ years of battle-tested experience in manufacturing. The Toolkit: Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, ProE, or AutoCAD) and experience with MRPII/CAM software. The Mindset: A deep understanding of LEAN principles and a passion for optimization.
