job summary: This role supports the development, installation, and launch of powertrain production lines by leading equipment specifications, process planning, and cross-functional engineering activities in a 100% onsite manufacturing environment. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering) and at least five years of relevant experience, with a mechanical background and ideally Toyota powertrain exposure. They should be skilled in equipment specifications, design drawings, and supporting equipment installation for engine manufacturing. The role also requires willingness to work about 15% overtime and travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, including Japan.
