Seeking a Marketing Assistant to support marketing operations for four manufacturing companies: AirClean Systems, CS Medical, Mystaire, and Solar Explorer. Our companies serve the Scientific, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Academic, Food & Beverage, Biotechnology, and Forensic markets, providing products that protect people and critical samples from contamination. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to support trade shows, company events, direct mail campaigns, and daily marketing logistics. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.What You’ll Do • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements • Support trade show planning including freight shipping, lodging, and vendor coordination • Assist with planning and execution of company events • Serve as a point of contact with third-party vendors and partners • Maintain organized project files, databases, and event documentation • Coordinate direct mail campaigns with mail house vendors • Track and manage inventory of marketing and mailing materials • Support additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For • High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of related experience • strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills • High attention to detail and follow-through • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred Experience • 5+ years of related experience • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience • Project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, ClickUp)Additional Details This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position in an office environment. Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs may be required.
