We are looking for an Account Manager / Sales Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role is critical in managing customer relationships, supporting the Outside Sales team, and ensuring seamless order and project management. It’s a fast-paced, high-volume position requiring attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. What We’re Looking For Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quotes, orders, and communication. strong mathematical skills for calculations related to construction materials (linear feet, square feet, cubic yards, tons, counts, etc.). Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or account support, ideally within construction or building materials. Ability to manage high-volume communication via phone and email effectively. strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines. Familiarity with CRM, order entry, or ERP systems preferred. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an interest in building long-term relationships. Team-oriented but able to take independent ownership of tasks.
