Top Healthcare company is hiring Indiana Certified Pharmacy to Technicians to work as a Inventory Analyst onsite in Charlestown, IN! M-F 10:30am-7pm Indiana Pharmacy technician Certifcation is REQUIRD POSITION SUMMARY:The Inventory Analyst ensures that inventory levels are maintained to meet daily dispensing and shipping requirements. Daily duties also include inventory checks, performing cycle counts, temperature monitoring, receiving & ordering supplies, and supporting efforts related to returns and destruction processing. Responsibilities:Place and receive orders for products and supplies based on required minimum and maximum levels as outlined by client or department business rules. Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness and resolve inconsistencies.Ensure that inventory and supplies are ready for fulfillment at dispensing stations per FEFO, FIFO requirements.Plan, direct and/or execute cycle counts and physical counts.Quarantine recalled, short dated, and returned inventory. Process and reconcile returns to reverse distributer.Investigate any inventory discrepancies and report findings to Quality and Management.Perform visual inspections of warehouse and staging locations and recognize potential issues.Process returns and reshipments.Operate a pallet jack and reach truck as needed.Work closely with Finance to ensure that inventory management is within financial risk guidelines.Effective written and oral communication across multiple departments and leadership to recommend and implement changes or improvements associated with new client requirements, improved efficiencies, and/or regulatory compliance.Maintain product integrity through temperature monitoring procedures.Ensure that all inventory is properly stored within the pharmacy.Validating all pharmaceutical inventory receipts to the invoice.Responsible for other duties as assigned.The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive. JOB REQUIREMENTS:Must have IN state cert, national PTCB a plus and not a deal breaker Strong inventory management in a Retail Pharmacy setting High School Diploma1 year experience related to inventory and orderingAbility to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
