Lead and support a team of 40 employees, promoting safety, accountability, and high performance. Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and efficient stock management; minimize errors. Enforce safety protocols, PPE use, and conduct regular safety audits and meetings. Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Track KPIs (order accuracy, processing time, productivity) and conduct regular performance reviews. Collaborate with transportation, customer service, and inventory teams to streamline operations. Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs for forklifts and conveyor systems. Qualifications: 1+ years in warehouse management; 5+ years in a leadership role. Experience managing teams of 40+ in high-volume environments. Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations. Proficiency with WMS and related software. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. English/Spanish speaking required Forklift certification preferred.
