Key qualifications include 1+ years of experience as a test technician following test procedures, specifications, drawings, and work instructions for cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies. A technical certificate or associate degree is helpful, but equivalent hands-on experience is welcome. Cirris experience is preferred!

responsibilities:
- Test Execution: Set up and operate electrical, functional, continuity, and hipot test equipment for cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies following drawings and work instructions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose failed tests using digital multimeters, test fixtures, schematics, and structured troubleshooting methods.
- Documentation: Accurately record test data, failure symptoms, repairs, and retest results in the required system.
- Quality & Engineering Escalation: Escalate recurring defects and assist quality and engineering teams with root-cause investigations.
- Workplace & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain calibrated test equipment, keep work areas organized, and follow proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety practices.
