Your Impact
- Manage the Global Learning & Development inbox, swiftly resolving inquiries and troubleshooting Learning Management System (LMS) access.
- Optimize training enrollment by coordinating invitations, monitoring registration volume, and accurately processing attendance records.
- Orchestrate seamless in-person training events, coordinating essential logistics from catering to expert guest speakers.
- Configure and update critical courses within the LMS, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Administer transcript records efficiently, managing user enrollments, certifications, and tailored learning pathways.
- Empower department administrators by assisting with advanced LMS functions, including custom enrollment rules and customer groups.
- Execute comprehensive survey management, tracking completions and sending strategic follow-ups to refine our approach.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 5+ years of proven expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and corporate training operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to clearly articulate concepts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail and robust independent time-management skills.
