- Drive Incentive Strategy: Support the Annual Sales Incentive Plan (ASIP) by mastering new data management techniques and participating in system implementation activities.
- Innovate Market Intelligence: Analyze complex data regarding OEM aircraft production and market share using Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Power BI to empower strategic cross-functional decisions.
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales forecasting within the commercial aviation sector.
- Intermediate proficiency in financial synthesis, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives..
- Knowledge of Sales systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and incentive platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ).
