Provide supply chain and customer support to restaurants nationwide in a call center setting. Act as the primary point of contact for replacement units, durable products, equipment, and related operational services.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Handle phone and digital requests from restaurant operations for new/replacement units, parts, and vendor services.
- Answer technical inquiries regarding Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment (FF&E), Décor, and Smallwares to ensure order accuracy and cost savings.
- Process restaurant orders and generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle Order Management.
- Confirm vendor acknowledgments, ship dates, carrier logistics, delivery tracking, and invoice matching.
- Research Fixed Asset systems for write-offs and obtain operational spending approvals.
- Coordinate inter-store equipment transfers, delivery verification, and installation support via authorized service agents.
- Assist restaurant teams with warranty claims, shipping discrepancies, logistics issues, and vendor escalations through final resolution.
- Support special operational projects, including new restaurant openings and acquisitions.
- Experience: 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Order Management (or similar ERP systems), MS Office, Outlook, and web research tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Core Competencies: strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.
