- Assemble electro-mechanical cables and build harness boards following customer drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Perform wire preparation using manual and automated equipment, including cutting, stripping, crimping, tinning, and inserting contacts into connectors.
- Apply tie wraps, shrink tubing, flat ribbon cable assemblies, backshells, and labels to wires and cables.
- Perform precision soldering (J-STD) and execute pull tests, quality inspections, and device testing.
- Maintain a safe working environment, follow safety procedures, and assist with standard equipment maintenance.
- Proven experience with J-STD soldering.
- Hands-on experience with wire crimping.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical specifications.
