Travel and Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and creating detailed itineraries. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact and administrative liaison, screening and directing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Handle sensitive inquiries and executive-level interactions with tact and diplomacy. Meeting Management: Prepare for meetings, including agenda creation and distribution of materials. Attend meetings as required to take concise notes, synthesize key outcomes, and track follow-up action items. Data, Reporting, and Presentations Advanced Data Skills: Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently to manipulate, extract, and analyze data to support executive decision-making. Experience with creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas is highly desirable. Presentation Development: Design, format, and prepare high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external audiences, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Document Management: Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of complex documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure exceptional clarity, grammar, and professionalism.
