Collaborate with factory leadership to monitor KPIs like throughput, scrap rates, and labor efficiency. Direct standard costing, analyze product/customer margins, and lead cost-saving initiatives. Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to extract and validate data directly from systems. Own management reporting packages and improve delivery speed through process automation. Present financial insights to the C-suite and build business cases for capital investments. qualifications: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred). 7+ years in finance, with a preference for manufacturing environmentsExpert-level Excel (Power Query/Modeling) and proficiency in SQL.
