We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor (preffered chinese/english speaking)  to lead a import and export warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a  background in freight forwarding, outstanding leadership skills, and a deep commitment to safety, efficiency, and compliance. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound international shipmentsKey Responsibilities 1. Operations and Efficiency-Direct and supervise all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, staging, and loading of LCL/FCL, air, and ocean freight shipments. Manage the flow of import and export cargo to meet strict delivery and departure deadlines. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and coordination with the Operations/Customs brokerage teams. Implement and maintain best practices for optimal space utilization and operational efficiency. 2. Compliance and Documentation-Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, TSA/Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) security requirements, and other relevant local and international trade laws. Oversee the accurate preparation and handling of essential freight documentation (e.g., bills of lading, airway bills, manifests, delivery orders). Conduct regular audits of inventory, damaged goods, and documentation to maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability. Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates and equipment operators. Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and labor allocation to meet volume demands. Champion a robust safety culture, ensuring adherence to all company and OSHA safety protocols. Conduct daily safety briefings and regular equipment inspections. Handle employee performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed. Qualifications-Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all warehouse inventory. This critical role involves performing cycle counts, conducting physical inventories, investigating and reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate system records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). The coordinator is also key in implementing and documenting inventory control processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize loss. An emphasis is placed on safety and compliance with all company policies and OSHA regulations. The successful candidate must have exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to work independently to resolve inventory issues quickly and accurately, thereby supporting seamless operations and order fulfillment.A fundamental requirement for this position is extensive, verifiable experience operating various pieces of motorized material handling equipment. Candidates must be proficient and certified in the safe operation of a reach truck, order picker (cherry picker), sit down forklift, and stand up forklift.
